GLC Wellness Center helps companies recognize the valuable contributions that qualified workers with disabilities add to the workforce by providing the necessary ancillary medical aid support staff accommodation. Job accommodations, including professional medical career aids, play a vital role in creating inclusive workplaces, advancing the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

GLC Career Aid Services provides individualized consultation to assist:

• Employers and their representatives looking for advice on effective methods to participate in the interactive process, offer accommodation solutions, and adhere to Title I of the ADA;
• Individuals with health conditions and disabilities seeking details on employment rights under the ADA, job accommodation options, and opportunities in self-employment and entrepreneurship; and
• Family members and professionals in rehabilitation, medicine, education, and other fields aiming to contribute to the achievement of successful employment outcomes for individuals with health conditions and disabilities.
