Golden Life (GLC) Wellness Center provides diagnostic services are focused on supporting psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and whole-person behavioral health care. Under the direction of our psychiatric providers, including our PMHNP, we utilize targeted clinical assessments and medically appropriate testing to inform accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Our diagnostic approach may include psychiatric evaluations, symptom-based screening tools, and, when clinically indicated, laboratory testing to assess underlying medical contributors to mental health conditions such as thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiencies, or metabolic concerns.
These services are not offered as standalone testing, but are integrated into ongoing care to support safe prescribing, monitor treatment response, and guide clinical decision-making. The goal is precision, ensuring each patient receives care that is both medically appropriate and aligned with their mental health needs.

Our approach centers on early identification of mental health and substance use concerns, with targeted interventions that reduce risk and support long-term outcomes.
Through clinical screening, psychiatric evaluation, and substance use assessments conducted by our PMHNP and licensed providers, we help identify conditions that may impact job performance, attendance, decision-making, and safety. When appropriate, services may include drug and alcohol screening, behavioral health evaluations, and coordinated care planning.
Our programs are integrated with ongoing treatment services, including medication management and therapy, to support stabilization, reduce relapse risk, and improve day-to-day functioning. Rather than broad medical testing, our focus remains on behavioral health risk mitigation, ensuring services are clinically appropriate, compliant, and directly tied to patient care and organizational needs.
